Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email address, phone number, city, bio and profile photo.

Organizer payout data: bank name, account number and account name, used only to send a payout after a campaign is funded.

Transaction data: the campaigns you back, amounts, tier chosen, payment references from Flutterwave, tickets issued and check-in status.

Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are processed by Flutterwave.

To run your account, process pledges, hold and settle funds, issue tickets, pay organizers, send notifications about the events you back or run, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Organizers can see the backer list for their own campaign, and contact details only once that campaign is funded, so they can deliver the event.

If you back anonymously, your name and photo are hidden from the public backers wall.

Other backers never see your contact details. Platform staff can access data where needed for support, moderation and fraud checks.

We share data with Flutterwave for payments, payouts and refunds, and with infrastructure providers that host the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

Transaction and payout records are kept as long as required for accounting, tax and dispute handling. Profile data is kept while your account is open.

You can view and correct most of your data in account settings. You can ask us to delete your account, subject to records we must keep by law.

Access to data is restricted per user by database level security rules, payout and ticket operations are verified server side, and sensitive fields are only visible to their owner and platform staff.
